KJ Kennedy Receives 40 Under 40 Award

Farmingdale, NY (12/06/2023) – Chief Operating Officer KJ Kennedy of The Advance Group is a recipient of this year’s “40 Under 40” award from the Long Island Business News (LIBN). 

LIBN presents the “40 Under 40” award to 40 men and women living and working in Nassau County and Suffolk County who have achieved success in business before the age of 40. KJ and the other recipients of the award were honored on December 5, 2023, at an awards ceremony held at Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury.  

Since joining The Advance Group in 2015, KJ has climbed the ranks from a project manager to Chief Operating Officer, demonstrating unmatched expertise rooted in financial technology, commercial real estate, and hospitality. KJ’s dynamic approach, fusing people-centric strategies with cutting-edge technology and data analytics has been transformative. From steering critical acquisitions to launching incentive-based programs, KJ’s leadership is centered on customer satisfaction and fostering a cohesive work culture.

KJ attended Lynn University and earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management.
