Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive business development across all our service lines in EACH of the Orlando, West Palm Beach and Ft. Lauderdale markets. This role encompasses our expertise in Commercial Moving, Office Moving, Delivery & Installation, FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), Technology Services, Logistics, and Final Mile solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, an understanding of the complexities of commercial moving and logistics, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new opportunities in the Orlando market across all service lines, with a focus on Commercial Moving, Logistics, and Final Mile. Collaborate with OMA partners and vanline to manage and optimize business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Solution Selling: Develop and present comprehensive, customized solutions that address client needs across multiple services, including moving, installation, technology services, and logistics.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to strategically position our services.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to the Orlando market, with measurable goals for revenue growth and client acquisition.
- Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that highlight our capabilities and competitive advantages.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with operations, project management, and service teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services.
- Performance Metrics: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue performance using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in commercial moving, logistics, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Moving, Office Moving, FF&E, Logistics, and Final Mile services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the market is a plus.
