On June 5, 2024, The Advance Group proudly sponsored boxer and employee Jack Macejka in the 2nd Annual Fighting for Families of the Fallen event. This charity boxing match, organized by Tuesday’s Children, provides a lifetime of healing for Military Families of the Fallen who have been forever changed by traumatic loss. Although Jack did not win his bout, his determination and spirit shone brightly, embodying the core values of our company.

The event was a significant gathering for The Advance Group, with many of our team members in attendance to cheer Jack on. CEO Anthony Parziale, COO KJ Kennedy, CRO Jeff Silverstein, Shamus Barnes, Matt Ford, Brooke Jacobs, Anthony Parziale Jr., Christie Peretti, Mark Shapiro, and Chris Sorensen were all present, demonstrating the company’s commitment to this important cause.

Jack Macejka made a striking appearance in the ring, donning trunks branded with The Advance Group’s logo created by apparel printing partner, Exotic Embroidery in St. Cloud, Florida. His participation highlighted our ongoing dedication to giving back to the community and supporting the noble mission of Tuesday’s Children.

“We are incredibly proud of Jack for his bravery and sportsmanship,” said CEO Anthony Parziale. “His effort in the ring reflects the resilience and strength we admire in our employees. Supporting Tuesday’s Children and their vital work for families of the fallen is a cause close to our hearts.”

The event was not just a boxing match but a powerful reminder of the importance of community and support. The camaraderie and shared sense of purpose among all attendees made it a memorable and impactful evening.

Jack has personal connections to the cause. “In February of this year, I was out with some friends and the topic of Tuesday’s Children Fight for Families came up. That was my first introduction to the organization and immediately I was on board. Just one month later, a friend of mine, U.S. Army combat veteran and New York State Trooper, John Michael Grassia III, died tragically while serving our country as part of the U.S. Army, protecting our southern border. Now, I wasn’t only on board, but had a new purpose for fighting and raising money for families, like my friend John’s, who are affected by terrorism and tragic loss.”

“Throughout the entire process of training, raising money, and preparing for the event I was blessed to have the support of my team at The Advance Group, my trainers at the legendary Gleason’s Gym in Brooklyn, and the solitude in knowing I was raising money for families who need it and would be helping them immensely. Tuesday’s Children did an incredible job hosting what was for me one of the most memorable nights of my life. I am incredibly grateful and blessed!”

The Advance Group remains committed to supporting charitable initiatives and contributing to meaningful causes. We look forward to continuing our partnership with Tuesday’s Children and participating in future events that make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.
